Someone Should Put a Muzzle on This Guy

I know, I know.  He’s the Vice President and we’re all supposed to be respectful of the Office.  But can someone tell me why this guy is allowed out of the house.  Just this morning, in the city of Danville, which has a black population of 48.6 percent, he told the crowd that Republicans want to “put y’all back in chains.”   How does he get away with it?  But, then again, he’s the same guy who said about the President, “he’s the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean…”  It’s absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.
