Look at this face. This is the face of dumb. At least for this week.
This is the face of convicted felon, Jesse Dimmick, who is serving an 11-year sentence for kidnapping a couple in their Topeka-area home in September 2009.
So, you’re wondering why he’s my pick for the dumbest person of the week – besides committing these crimes. He’s now suing the couple for $235,000 for emotional stress and hospital bills he incurred after he was shot in the back by police. He claims the couple broke an oral agreement with them when he promised them money in exchange for hiding him from the police.
Of course, the attorney for the couple filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit but look at the waste of time and money being expended in defending against this garbage. Shame on him and shame on his lawyer for bringing such nonsense
By the way, this upstanding young man was transferred to a Colorado jail where is being held on eight additional charges, including murder which also occurred in September 2009.
I’m sure his parents are very proud of him.
