There are many reasons why I don’t like the U.N., but here’s just one example. The Human Rights Council determined that internet access, like food, shelter and healthcare, is a basic human right that allows people to “exercise their right to freedom of opinion and expression.”
In response to this lunacy, the Obama administration is now going to spend upwards of $400,000,000.00 to expand broadband into poor, rural areas of the U.S.
So, why not take it to the next level? Why not provide every home with a computer, every person with a SmartPhone and tablet? And while you’re at it, why doesn’t every home get satellite tv too?
