Florida traffic court judge Rhonda Hollander was arrested earlier this month for taking cell phone pictures of a man standing at a courthouse urinal. Although she admitted taking the pictures, she refused to give up her cell phone stating, “it was a public restroom and that she was not breaking any kind of laws.” She started taking pictures of the arresting officer and when ordered to stop, she bit his finger.
